Wayne and Edmund were flexible, accomodating positive and achieved a great outcome with minimal fuss. Very client focused, there was never a sense of agent self interest but really wanting to provide a good service with our interests at heart. A great team either Wayne or Edmund always responsive. Edmund and Wayne were absolutely superb. They brought their knowledge and experience to offer advice that was robust, realistic, and honest. We felt we could absolutely trust their advice, as they guided us through the process, without any pressure. They provided constant communication, so we always felt like we knew what was going on, nothing felt like too much trouble and there was no "silly question". They were also good fun! - a great sense of humour. Absolutely top chaps.
